Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and data integration services connecting cloud-hosted applications, case management systems, and third-party solutions. • Implement and manage ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. • Develop data transformation, mapping, and reconciliation logic using scripting languages and integration frameworks. • Ensure interoperability through API gateway management, secure token handling, and encryption protocols (TLS, AES). • Perform data validation and quality assurance testing on integration transactions to ensure integrity across environments. • Collaborate with database administrators to design optimized schemas, stored procedures, and indexing strategies that enhance data access and performance. • Implement and monitor event-driven integrations using message queues or streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, SNS/SQS). • Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical reviews to ensure integration tasks align with program priorities. • Support sustainment and troubleshooting for data synchronization, latency, and connectivity issues across IL2–IL5 cloud tiers. • Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD RMF, STIG, and Zero Trust security principles. • Develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs), API specifications, and integration testing documentation.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 7 years of experience developing and maintaining data integrations or middleware solutions. • Expertise in Python, Java, or C# for backend development. • Proficiency with API frameworks (FastAPI, Spring Boot, .NET Core) and data integration tools (AWS Glue, Talend, MuleSoft, or Apache NiFi). • Experience supporting large-scale federal or defense programs using Agile or DevSecOps methodologies. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Certifications preferred: AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Solutions Architect; CompTIA Security+ CE; Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or equivalent Agile certification.
