Beschreibung

• Lead customers through software implementation solutions using Delinea’s delivery methodology • Maintain utilization targets and complete project deliverables • Configure and customize Delinea product solutions for customer Privilege Identity and Privilege Access requirements • Become the subject matter expert on Delinea’s software product line • Build and maintain client relationships and act as a trusted advisor • Scope, gather requirements, design, and implement Privilege Identity and Privilege Access solutions with integration team members • Collaborate efficiently with internal cross-functional teams • Produce architectural and configuration plans, extensible scripts, and documentation • Work independently while prioritizing work against organizational goals and customer success • Collaborate with and take direction from Solutions Architect Leads and Professional Services Managers • Interact directly with technical contacts and client executives, including CTOs, CIOs, and CISOs • Report to a Professional Services Delivery Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, a similar specialty, or comparable field experience • Proven experience in a technical delivery consulting role • Windows Server, Active Directory Administration, and UNIX/Linux Administration experience • Experience configuring and administering AWS, GCP, and Azure • Working knowledge of MFA providers/technology, including Azure MFA, RSA/SecureID, Ping, OATH, and OTPs • Strong understanding of software, computer, network infrastructure, security fundamentals, and best practices related to Privilege Access Management (PAM) • Organizational or technical project management skills • Administrative experience with Delinea products, such as Secret Server or Privilege Manager • Self-starter mindset and desire to stay current with software markets and technologies • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment • CyberArk, BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, or Okta PAM administration experience is a plus • Windows Workstation endpoint management and administration experience is a plus • PowerShell scripting skills are a plus • MS SQL or PostgreSQL experience is a plus • RabbitMQ experience is a plus • Candidates must complete a comprehensive criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification upon conditional offer
