Beschreibung

• Serve as Senior Software Engineer and technical owner of platform integrations • Gain deep understanding of the technology and systems underpinning the service • Design, maintain, and deploy scalable, highly available cloud-based applications using C#/.NET and client-installed agents • Maintain high standards of software quality and security • Review code and processes to drive improvements • Collaborate with product management, architecture, customer support, PM, UX, and development teams • Use Scrum processes to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions • Optimize applications and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-production issues • Work with support and customers to resolve issues • Improve development and automation processes, including code quality, end-to-end testing, security scans, monitoring, and tiered incident response • Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers • Promote continuous learning regarding Privileged Access Management trends and technologies • Contribute to shared code, tooling, and techniques across Platform teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer • 3+ years of experience in software design and architecture • Focus on .NET development • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to learn large codebases • Polyglot development experience with Python, Go, Erlang, JavaScript, TypeScript, and other languages • Proficiency in C# and .NET Core • Azure Cloud development experience is a bonus • Experience with Azure DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation testing • Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices • Understanding of Privileged Access Management, Secret Server/Vault solutions, and cybersecurity principles is desirable • Experience interacting directly with customers in a support capacity is desirable • Experience with SQL and code optimization is desirable • Experience in a FedRAMP environment is desirable • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification upon conditional offer • Work location is U.S. Remote
