Beschreibung

• Define priorities for the mobile product and drive continuous discovery • Keep the mobile strategy aligned with Deque’s overall platform product strategy and maintain consistency across the axe portfolio • Connect customers, Product Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing • Engage customers, users, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to represent the product’s target market • Define and communicate product requirements, priorities, business outcomes, and release objectives • Partner with Product Development through discovery, validation, delivery, and iteration • Collaborate on product positioning, enablement, launches, and sales collateral • Monitor customer feedback and product performance to inform prioritization • Create quarterly roadmap proposals, lead stakeholder finalization meetings, and own roadmap delivery • Prioritize sprint-to-sprint work with product owners and senior technical staff • Manage product owners and/or junior product managers, including coaching and performance management • Work with engineering managers on staffing and management of technical team members • Maintain competitive intelligence, market-traction metrics, and market outlooks for mobile • Present to industry analysts and represent Deque and its mobile product • Train Sales, Solutions Engineers, Product Success, and Help Desk Engineers • Run the mobile product forum and maintain product intranet content • Support major sales opportunities and large service rollouts • Measure and improve team effectiveness with Engineering Managers and Product Owners • Build direct relationships with users at lead customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4–7 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of successful product launches • Experience partnering with direct sales organizations, including Account Executives and Solutions Engineers • Worked closely with Product Development team members as primary users/stakeholders • Experience balancing customer demands, competitive pressures, and the need to progress toward product vision • Experience articulating the value proposition of the product to both internal and external audiences • Comfortable identifying and tracking competitive products and market positioning • History of direct customer engagement, including discovery conversations and product feedback sessions • Experience working at a fully remote company is a plus • Continuous discovery • Customer empathy and advocacy • Engaging users and customers in product development • Using AI tools for Product Management work • Using AI coding tools to create working prototypes • Clear communicator and collaborative team player • Resume and cover letter required; applications without a cover letter will not be considered • Reference and background checks will be required
