Beschreibung

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to promote company brand awareness • Drive new customer acquisition • Support the local marketing needs of assigned centers • Conduct market research • Identify opportunities for growth • Partner with the Creative team to design effective marketing materials • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment in overall brand strategy • Design and implement marketing campaigns • Plan and coordinate local events, community engagement and promotional activities • Manage logistics, budgets and execution • Coordinate the promotion of local events and engagement via social media • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers and community organizations • Leverage partnerships to enhance brand presence and drive new customer generation • Regularly distribute marketing materials to local business partners • Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget efficiently • Track expenditures and ensure all activities are cost effective • Work with Center Managers to determine optimal field marketing initiatives • Monitor KPI's to measure the success of field marketing activities • Provide regular reports and feedback to management on campaign effectiveness and regional market conditions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience • Experience in Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or similar role • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns • Budgeting and planning experience with GTM annual marketing plans • Experience working in a role with matrix structured leadership • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management) • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions • Adaptability to changing market conditions and priorities • Willingness to travel 50%-75% to centers within designated region • Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and campaigns • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 40lbs • Must be passionate about pets!
