Beschreibung

• The Workplace Engineer will be part of the Windows Infrastructure team • Contribute to the integration and deployment of managed devices using various deployment tools • Support the integration of group entities through profile configuration and application onboarding activities • Collaborate on the design and deployment of strategic projects • Participate in the implementation of infrastructures and write associated documentation • Become the technical lead for the Workplace and Infrastructure domain • Propose innovative solutions to meet business needs • Deep expertise in Windows packaging, deployment, and automation technologies • Management, administration and Tier 3 (N3) support/analysis of workstations and infrastructures • Creation, installation, configuration and Tier 3 (N3) support of infrastructure equipment according to project requirements, plus writing procedures • Installation and configuration of security components • Implementation and continuous evolution of Infrastructure and Workplace monitoring/supervision

🎯 Anforderungen

• Engineering degree or a Master's degree (Master 2) in IT • At least 3 years' experience as a Modern Workplace Engineer • Master all or some of the following technologies: excellent knowledge of infrastructure tools such as SCCM • Excellent understanding of Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) • Experience using Intune Autopilot / White Glove / Windows Hello • Experience with Azure Active Directory synchronization processes • Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting • Strong knowledge of applications: asset/estate management and IT Service Management (ITSM) • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology • Fluent in French and English
