Beschreibung

• Lead our technology roadmap for Sales, Marketing, and Service. • Manage US resources for the primary business partner to our Commercial leadership team. • Translate business goals into scalable technology solutions. • Oversee the ecosystem of applications that drive revenue (CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics). • Ensure strict adherence to the regulatory requirements unique to the Medical Device industry (HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, GxP).

🎯 Anforderungen

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 13+ years of industry experience. • 5-8 years of previous people management experience. • Extensive knowledge of and experience with eCommerce platforms and services. • Prior experience as an individual contributor, specifically a Software Engineer in the past. • Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Understanding of ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) with Commercial front-end systems.
