Beschreibung

• Design AI-assisted workflows, automate repetitive processes, and experiment with the latest tools to enhance operations. • Build complex automations using Low-Code platforms (specifically n8n, Make, or Zapier) to streamline workflows. • Use AI and automation tools to optimize outreach, reporting, and nurturing workflows. • Connect various business tools via API, orchestrating data flow between our CRMs (HubSpot/Pipedrive) and other business tools. • Utilize the Gemini API / OpenAI API to build AI Agents. • Evaluate and compare various tools against their API features. • Create dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio or Microsoft Power BI. • Document processes and automations in Atlassian Confluence.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field. • Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with at least two of the following: n8n, Make, Zapier, or Clay. • Technical Skills: Experience with Python and Google Apps Script is required. • API Knowledge: Experience with CRM APIs is essential, especially the Hubspot API and Pipedrive API. • AI Experience: General AI proficiency and hands-on experience with the Gemini API or OpenAI API. • Data Tools: Experience with AirTable and Google Looker Studio (or Power BI). • Structured way of working and analytical thinking. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in an agile environment. • Fluency in German and English min. B2 Level.
