Beschreibung

• Build and maintain fullstack features for AI-powered tax preparation, planning, and review products • Design and implement React interfaces, TypeScript APIs, and Python backend services • Own features from problem discovery through implementation, release, and iteration • Analyze usage data and customer feedback to identify improvements • Make product and technical decisions with incomplete requirements • Collaborate with engineering, AI, product, domain, and customer-facing teams • Maintain a clean, typed, and performant codebase • Balance product polish with rapid shipping and learning • Build software for an AI-powered tax platform used by accounting firms

🎯 Anforderungen

• Practical experience automating workflows using agents, orchestration, and multi-agent systems; chatbot or single-agent experience alone is insufficient • Experience in the long-term development of a single product or in-house product • Minimum 5 years of senior-level commercial experience building fullstack applications with React and Python • Strong product mindset focused on user problems and outcomes • Ability to own topics end to end, from unclear needs to production solutions • Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and clarifying scope • Pragmatic engineering approach balancing quality, speed, and business impact • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Familiarity with Google Cloud and/or Azure infrastructure • Availability and willingness to work afternoon hours, e.g. 12–20 • Availability for on-call duty 1–2 times per week due to cooperation with clients from the USA
