Beschreibung

• Build production-grade software for a new high-volume messaging platform • Own functionality end to end from problem understanding and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment, and production readiness • Work across APIs, application services, PostgreSQL, and asynchronous or event-driven processing • Turn incomplete or evolving requirements into pragmatic technical solutions • Use AI coding agents for exploration, implementation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation • Build observability, testing, and failure handling into solutions • Collaborate with senior engineers, SREs, and the architect on technical decisions and production behaviour • Contribute to a modular architecture enabling parallel work by engineers and AI tooling • Support the platform through production readiness, migration, and operation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with telecom, messaging, CPaaS, or carrier platforms • Knowledge of A2P/SMS concepts such as SMPP, routing, DLRs, CDRs, rating, or wholesale messaging • Minimum 5 years of commercial backend engineering experience • Strong backend engineering experience • Java/Kotlin knowledge; openness to candidates with other programming languages • Experience using AI across the full SDLC • Ability to orchestrate and supervise AI agents • Proven ability to own problems end to end • Ability to work with ambiguity and incomplete requirements • Ability to move quickly while maintaining engineering standards • Professional English • Experience with billing, payments, metering, or transactionally critical domains is advantageous • Experience building high-volume data pipelines and idempotent processing is advantageous • Experience with message brokers, asynchronous workflows, or high-volume transaction processing is advantageous • Experience with Kubernetes-based production environments is advantageous • React/TypeScript experience is advantageous • Experience building internal operations or back-office platforms is advantageous • Experience supporting production incidents, migrations, or cutovers is advantageous
