Beschreibung

• Support compliance strategy and execution for DoorDash’s merchant capital program • Partner cross-functionally and externally with third party partners to embed compliance into the product lifecycle • Translate legal and regulatory requirements into operational guidance and product specifications • Support audits, bank partner requests, and regulatory testing • Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to merchant lending regulatory compliance • Develop and support governance functions such as testing, issue management, and compliance reviews • Support customer service on complaints related to DoorDash Merchant workstreams • Conduct and/or manage compliance assessments and contribute to the design of scalable, risk-based controls

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in regulatory compliance in the financial services industry, preferably fintech • Strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to financial products • Experience maintaining a fintech compliance program • Ability to work well with ambiguity and synthesize large amounts of complex information • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • Exceptional judgment and integrity • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to set priorities • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM))
