Beschreibung

• Coordinate customer onboarding projects from kick-off through completion, ensuring timelines and milestones are met • Conduct project kick-off meetings to set clear expectations on scope, timelines, and payments • Maintain timely and professional communication with customers, providing updates and responding to inquiries within 24 business hours • Ensure accurate documentation is maintained across systems such as Pm tool, ERP, and internal trackers, including issue codes and error costs • Manage customer and installer invoicing processes, including reconciliation, and escalate overdue collections to the Credit Department

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 4+ years of experience in customer service, including 2 years in project management/coordination • Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and possess developed time management skills • Occasional travel within the US
