Beschreibung

• Critically analyzing existing healthcare policies and procedures to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement • Helping clients strengthen internal controls and improve the efficiency of compliance-involved operations • Working independently and collaboratively to support client engagements across a variety of service areas • Compliance program gap analyses • Healthcare compliance risk assessments and internal controls evaluations • Audit preparedness and mock interview sessions • Compliance training development and delivery • Stakeholder interviews and strategic management analyses • Compliance benchmarking assessments • Advisory support on healthcare compliance matters

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree; strong preference for Master's degree in a related field or JD • Authorized to work in the US • 4+ years of healthcare compliance experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device organizations • Thorough understanding HHS-OIG Compliance Program Guidance, DOJ Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs • Working knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), False Claims Act (FCA), FDA promotional regulations and International Compliance Codes • Excellent knowledge and demonstrated capabilities using the Microsoft Office suite of tools • Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus • Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills • Strong project management skills and aptitude to manage and mentor others • Excellent organizational and management skills • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities without diminished effectiveness • Strong communications skills, including both written and verbal • Ability to conduct business development activities and meetings to generate new clients and increase existing engagements
