Beschreibung

• Lead end-to-end response for high-urgency incidents, coordinating triage and resolution across multiple teams • Run incident response bridges with engineers, leadership, and other stakeholders • Keep teams aligned on priorities, active workstreams, and next steps • Translate complex technical and operational issues into clear business impacts and risks • Maintain detailed records of incident timelines, decisions, actions, and resolutions • Contribute to blameless post-incident reviews • Support root cause investigations and identify actions that improve resiliency • Analyze production incident data and trends • Lead projects improving incident response processes, data collection, and reporting • Participate in an on-call rotation outside standard business hours

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in Incident Management within a technology-driven environment • Experience leading incident response bridges with engineers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to prioritize competing work based on urgency, customer impact, and business risk • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain complex technical and operational information clearly to different audiences • Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive in high-pressure situations • Analytical mindset with ability to use incident data and trends to identify improvement opportunities • Familiarity with incident management and observability tools such as Jira, PagerDuty, Datadog, or similar platforms • Willingness and ability to participate in an on-call rotation including work outside standard business hours • May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
