Beschreibung

• Own and evolve the core platform, including the data model, APIs, and services • Design and build backend systems powering the portfolio intelligence layer • Implement data aggregation, scoring, and analysis at scale • Build and maintain integrations with customers’ daily tools • Make architectural decisions that support company growth • Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to move from problems to solutions quickly • Use agentic coding tools as a first-class part of daily development • Build scalable systems and backend foundations for production-grade AI-powered features

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience • Strong opinions about building durable systems • Ability to own problems from initial design through production • Ability to move quickly without cutting corners • Experience with data-heavy systems • Skill in data modeling, querying, and optimization • Heavy use of AI tools in the development workflow • Clear communication and ability to give honest feedback • Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding • Experience with third-party platform integrations is a strong plus • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS at scale is a strong plus • Experience building data-driven insight features is a strong plus
