Beschreibung

• Own first-pass operational triage across Amazon and Walmart, including VTR, MCF corrections, mixed orders, FBA quarantine, expiry and removal orders, disbursement issues, and NetSuite mismatches • Manage inventory health and inbound shipments to maintain 100% FBA in-stock status and identify stock-out and overstock risks • Execute listing and catalog work, including new SKU and pack-size setup, variation and content updates, and pack-out recommendations • Administer access and permissions across Seller Central US/UK/DE/AU and Ads Console • Support KYC, identity documentation, EU verification, GMP certificate sourcing, supplement facts updates, and food-business documentation • Run recurring data pulls and exports, including Tiger Tracks, AU orders, and agency reporting handoffs • Support AE markets, affiliate and partner operations, account connections, and creator sampling programs across MCF and Levanta • Execute channel testing, including test documentation, A/B tests for images, video, A+ content, and SEO, and results tracking • Maintain records of open issues, cases, and appeals and escalate as needed • Contribute to weekly channel reporting and identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, DIT, Member Experience, Affiliate, and an external Amazon agency partner

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1–3+ years in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail operations • Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience strongly preferred • Walmart Seller Center and international marketplace experience in UK/DE/AU is a plus • Strong spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and disciplined data hygiene • Ability to reconcile reports across multiple systems • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Comfort with repetitive, high-volume operational work and ambiguity • Clear, concise written communication • Sound prioritization and escalation judgment • Exposure to ERP or inventory systems, such as NetSuite or equivalent, is a plus • Exposure to fulfillment and supply chain workflows is a plus • Curiosity about marketplace growth, pricing, advertising, SEO, and testing • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field
