Beschreibung

• Deliver product initiatives end-to-end across multiple domains simultaneously • Write clear, detailed PRDs and functional specifications independently using AI-first workflows • Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery and translate requirements into scoped, buildable features • Own external vendor and integration-partner relationships from evaluation through go-live • Communicate with executive leadership and present roadmap and status updates • Work hands-on with AI and automation tooling, including defining requirements for LLM-based features • Query and evaluate data to inform decisions and validate outcomes • Build consensus across Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and AI/ML • Ensure initiatives ship predictably with clear scope and tradeoffs • Provide leadership with accurate, current roadmap and status information

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environments • Proven track record in delivery-heavy roles shipping products • Hands-on experience with AI/ML products, conversational AI, NLP, or messaging platforms • API and integration fluency • SQL proficiency and ability to pull and evaluate data independently • AI-first approach to working and workflow evolution • Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships end-to-end • Strong written communication skills • Proven success leading cross-functional work in a fully remote, distributed organization • Product-adjacent experience in engineering, implementation, sales, or customer success is a strong plus • Technical fluency to read and reason about code in an AI-assisted development environment is a strong plus • Interest in prototyping to validate ideas is a strong plus • Experience across enterprise and startup contexts is a strong plus • Enterprise healthcare product experience, particularly with insurance payers, and familiarity with compliance and regulatory constraints is a strong plus • Cover letter of 250 words or fewer explaining which Drips Core Value the applicant would embody most strongly and why
