Beschreibung

• Contribute to the development and execution of AI product strategy across multiple product areas • Lead delivery of AI-powered features and applications within defined product domains • Partner with engineering and data teams to build scalable AI and data capabilities • Translate complex data streams and models into intuitive customer-facing workflows • Incorporate AI capabilities into existing products as part of modernization efforts • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, data insights, and business goals • Support build, buy, and partner evaluations for AI capabilities • Contribute to ICP and TAM definition and validation through market and customer engagement • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support go-to-market efforts and product adoption • Define and track product performance metrics, including adoption and business impact • Participate in roadmap development aligned to product and business priorities • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful delivery across teams • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product direction

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience building and launching AI or data-driven features in B2B SaaS products • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business impact (adoption, efficiency, revenue) • Experience working with large and complex data sets and data pipelines • Strong collaboration skills with engineering and data teams, including understanding of APIs, data models, and system design • Familiarity with modern AI technologies such as machine learning, large language models, or automation systems • Understanding of how AI can be embedded into workflows and customer-facing applications • Experience contributing to ICP and TAM definition and validation • Exposure to go-to-market strategy and working with Sales and Marketing teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
