Beschreibung

• Create polished, brand-aligned presentation materials within a fast-paced, iterative workflow • Quickly ramp up on new brands and work within established creative direction • Partner with internal creative and project teams to build, refine, and finish presentation deliverables • Produce presentations in PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or Google Slides • Build, refine, and prepare materials using established templates, brand systems, grids, masters, and approved assets • Apply formatting, layout, hierarchy, animation, and visual consistency checks • Develop charts, diagrams, icons, infographics, and slide sequences from provided content, sketches, or direction • Create or adapt presentation assets using Photoshop and Illustrator • Offer layout or production recommendations to improve clarity, polish, or efficiency • Communicate progress, questions, blockers, timing, and file needs • Apply feedback efficiently and support organized handoffs aligned with Duarte’s quality standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-5+ years of relevant work experience in presentation design • Experience supporting large scale events is a plus • Flexibility in work hours and weekend support • Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, especially Photoshop and Illustrator • Advanced skill in PowerPoint, Keynote and/or Google Slides • Clear and proactive communication with internal teams, including progress updates and early escalation of questions or blockers • Must demonstrate that engagement with Duarte is not sole source of income • Must provide invoices from at least 3 other clients providing similar professional services • Must hold business insurance for at least $1M or attain business insurance within 3 months of providing work services • Must showcase services externally through an existing website • LLC or other business classification and business license strongly preferred
