Beschreibung

• Perform administrative and project-related duties for Project Managers • Coordinate field activities within construction management division • Maintain strong working relationships with team, clients, and vendors • Participate in weekly internal meetings • Ensure customer needs are met efficiently and timely • Accurately generate Notice of Awards submissions and documentation • Work with vendors to order and schedule equipment, parts, and materials • Provide accurate proposals/estimates for repairs, service, or new jobs

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2 years of administrative/coordinating project experience preferred • 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of the construction industry • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail • Strong math aptitude helpful for proposals, ordering materials, and invoicing
