Beschreibung

• Focusing within adult specialty segments, the RAE introduces and secures new business, and increases existing business, for GeneDx. • Accomplishes these tasks through partnership and problem-solving with adult specialty call points in the assigned territory. • Accountable for lead generation in an assigned territory, as well as physician and staff satisfaction with GeneDx programs and services. • Collaborates with operations to ensure consistent follow up and timely issue resolutions. • Implements agreed upon sales and marketing plans and supports development events. • Prospects and establishes new physicians by managing a physician development pipeline and communicating value propositions. • Promotes GeneDx services consultatively, determining customer needs and making recommendations.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, Marketing, or other related field • Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or other related field a plus • 2+ years in healthcare sales, preferably in a physician sales/services environment or 2+ years of experience as a genetic counselor • Preferred experience with neurology, immunology, rheumatology and/or other specialty segments in the adult setting • Possess a keen technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to promote multiple service offerings and business opportunities at any given time • Must have a valid driver's license • Proficient in Microsoft Office
