Beschreibung

• Serve as a combined Project Control Manager (50%) and Project Manager (50%) for a team supporting a federal customer • Perform accounting, finance, forecasting, budgeting, planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting across the project life cycle • Perform day-to-day management of contract support operations • Provide technical guidance to the project contractor team and review the quality of work products • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of contract support activities • Manage contractor staffing, project planning, project financials, staff direction, and oversight • Interface with Executive staff, Directors, Program/Project Managers, Contracts, Billing, Finance, and Human Resources • Assist in project setup, workforce assignment, and adding employees into Deltek CostPoint • Develop Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and Estimates at Completion (EACs) • Review project financial status and forecast future performance with Project Managers • Monitor cost and schedule performance and perform related analyses • Produce weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly financial deliverables for internal and external use • Develop and review procedures, processes, and products to improve customer support and reduce costs and errors • Analyze funding, expenditures, cost variances, historical financials, task spending, commitments, burn rates, and future trends • Monitor actual costs against budgets, utilization, and bonus tracking • Assist with purchase requests, validate subcontract invoices against purchase orders, and track subcontract efforts • Enter subcontractor invoices into Costpoint • Assist with Risk Authorization Requests (RARs), modification requests, and limitation of funds notifications • Monitor and help manage at-risk and suspense-related costs • Provide contractor oversight and administrative and technical interaction with Government stakeholders • Define project objectives and strategic direction; provide leadership and vision to client and project teams • Facilitate coordination between multiple teams to achieve objectives of complex efforts • Ensure contracts are properly staffed with cleared and qualified personnel • Ensure security integrity, accurate and timely contract deliverables, efficient support services, and required documentation • Ensure assigned tasks are performed promptly, correctly, on time, and at agreed prices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability to go through a Public Trust investigation • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Business Finance or a related field of study • Minimum 10 years of experience • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification • Experience in project management activities or closely related experience • Experience with Critical Path and Schedule Risk Assessment analyses • Experience relating software development metrics to technical achievement • Experience with cost estimating and reporting, risk and issue management, etc. • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Experience with Microsoft Project • Experience with SharePoint (user) • Work experience with Jira • Experience translating and communicating complex subject matter between technical and non-technical audiences • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work with little or no direct supervision and excellent time management skills • Training and experience in various areas of information technology and program management • Ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate capabilities and functionality of technologies deployed within the enterprise
