• Responsible for meeting established sales quotas • Build relationships and educate new direct clients and third-party resellers with a consultancy approach • Develop Part 135/121 charter service offerings by actively prospecting outbound leads • Maintain existing accounts and increase awareness of PJS value propositions • Call on new potential accounts, set client visits, educate third party resellers on PJS products and services • Identify new markets for Corporate Shuttles • Create proposals, quotes, and bids to win trip contracts • Represent the company at tradeshows and follow up on new sales leads
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field • 4-7 years of Hospitality and sales experience preferred • 2+ years of Aviation experience preferred • Experience with contact management CRM, preferably Salesforce • Well organized and capable of aggressively pursuing a strategy of inside and outside sales initiatives • Ability to manage a varied list of demanding high-end clients • A high degree of confidentiality and discretion • Ability to act as an ambassador of the PJS brand to help grow company culture • Excellent written and verbal communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google products
• U.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment • Up to 25% travel required • Full-time exempt position • Lifting requirements up to 20lbs
