Beschreibung

• Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closeout of assigned civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects. • Collaborate with project leads, operations managers, operators, and engineering professionals. • Work to ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. • Make day-to-day decisions during project execution and manage project risks. • Coordinate internal resources as well as vendors for successful execution of projects. • Develop and update cost estimates and budgets, schedules, identify issues and risks, develop work breakdown structure, etc. • Provide status reports to management as requested on assigned projects. • Support the development of Project Management Training (across teams). • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to track and monitor project progress. • Ensure project documentation is well managed, organized, and stored during the entire project life cycle. • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in project management. • Preference for candidates with power generation or civil experience. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. • 8+ years of experience managing projects in the construction or energy industry preferred. • Demonstrated ability to successfully execute projects. • Experience managing civil projects in the hydroelectric or renewable energy industry highly preferred but not required. • The ability to travel as needed for project implementation and execution (~30%). • Strong skills in relationship management and ability to work collaboratively. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Knowledge of electrical safety principles and best practices.
