Beschreibung

• Ensure that all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Make day-to-day decisions during project execution and manage project risks • Coordinate internal resources as well as vendors for the successful execution of projects • Develop and updates cost estimates and budgets, schedules, identify issues and risks, develop work breakdown structure, etc • Provide status reports to management as requested on assigned projects • Support the development of Project Management Training (across teams) • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to track and monitor project progress • Support the development of tools/templates for cost estimating and budgeting, scheduling, work breakdown structure, etc. • Ensure project documentation is well managed, organized, and stored during the entire project life cycle • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience managing projects in the construction or energy industry preferred • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with 8+ years of experience managing projects • A broad range of experience executing civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects • Experience managing civil projects in the hydroelectric or renewable energy industry highly preferred but not required • The ability to travel as needed for project implementation and execution (~30%) • Strong skills in relationship management and ability to work collaboratively with others to successfully deliver projects • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Knowledge of electrical safety principles and best practices
