Beschreibung

• Lead a team developing comprehensive eLearning for the elluminate Clinical Data Cloud platform • Lead the design and development of self-paced eLearning experiences, storyboards, courseware, tutorials, assessments, and digital learning resources • Leverage AI and emerging learning technologies to improve content development, efficiency, personalization, and learner experience • Use learning analytics, evaluation data, and learner feedback to assess and improve content effectiveness • Manage the eLearning content lifecycle and maintain accuracy, relevance, engagement, and alignment with business needs • Own content strategy and roadmap, including prioritization, resource planning, production timelines, quality standards, and learning outcomes • Coordinate content development and maintenance across production teams and SMEs • Develop and maintain eLearning content using authoring and delivery technologies • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, SMEs, and third-party content and learning-platform partners • Partner with Product, Services, and cross-functional teams to translate complex concepts into educational content • Engage learners through forums, user groups, surveys, and other feedback channels • Establish eLearning standards, best practices, and quality guidelines • Mentor, coach, and guide junior eLearning team members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years’ experience developing eLearning preferred • Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, Data Reporting, and Project Coordination • Strong experience with AI as it relates to eLearning development • Demonstrates good working relationships with creative teams, training leaders and SMEs • Proficiency in production workflow • Excellent organizational skills • Prioritizes multiple on-going projects to meet deadlines • Processes feedback effectively and adjusts to provide high-quality products within project timelines
