Beschreibung

• Provide technical consulting services using Ecolab’s intellectual property and expertise to help the sales force meet customer needs and increase account revenue • Support and manage technical-support projects aligned with current regulatory requirements • Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver solutions tailored to client objectives • Build technical relationships with corporate clients and support cleaning and disinfection projects • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and harmonization while reducing site-level workload • Represent Ecolab’s value proposition in direct client interactions as a technical ambassador • Support multi-site validation projects, including methodology, organism/surface selection, and experimental design • Maintain relationships with contract testing laboratories, manage customer test projects, and explain results for site-level implementation • Align with Corporate Account Management on objectives and provide visibility into client needs • Coordinate with Global Technical Consultants to ensure consistency with global account technical strategy • Present and teach at industry conferences, groups, forums, seminars, and industry events • Provide industry thought leadership through publications, articles, and presentations • Support product and service innovation by identifying customer challenges, regulatory changes, segment strategies, campaigns, and compelling events

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Science (BSc or equivalent) degree in Life Sciences • Experience in senior Microbiology or Quality Assurance roles within the Pharmaceutical industry • Extensive experience in GMP production sites • Experience understanding and troubleshooting investigations and CAPAs • Experience designing and delivering technical training • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory compliance frameworks • Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time globally • Clean driver’s license and ability to apply for travel visas • Fluent in English • Preferred: Master’s degree (MSc or equivalent) in Life Sciences, preferably Microbiology, Chemistry, or Biotechnology • Demonstrated proficiency with internal or external auditing • Knowledge or experience of change control processes • Strong knowledge of CIP/COP and cleaning validation best practices • Strong knowledge of EN/AOAC disinfectant efficacy standard test methods and disinfectant modes of action • Experience with automated bio-decontamination and validation • Experience with isolator technology and qualification • Ability to take initiative, work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and follow through • Flexibility to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines • Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks, including EMA, MHRA, FDA, HPRA, and TGA • No immigration or relocation sponsorship available
