Beschreibung

• Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting • Prepare and review complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules • Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions including billing, settlements, and eliminations • Perform analytical reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts, investigate variances, and resolve accounting issues • Ensure financial transactions comply with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies • Partner with accounting leadership to establish processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on accuracy, scalability, and automation • Develop, maintain, and document accounting policies, procedures, and SOPs • Strengthen and maintain internal controls and promote accounting best practices • Assist with the annual external audit and prepare audit schedules • Support internal and external reporting requirements • Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other business functions • Participate in special projects and ad hoc accounting initiatives • Mentor and develop accounting team members through coaching, guidance, and performance feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) • 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting experience • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role • CPA or equivalent strongly preferred • Big 4 experience preferred • NetSuite experience preferred • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience in high-growth, private equity-backed, or rapidly scaling organizations preferred • Experience working in a multi-entity environment preferred • Experience in data centers, technology, infrastructure, real estate, construction, or other capital-intensive industries is a plus • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting • Experience driving process improvements and documenting accounting procedures • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Capability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to mentor team members and contribute to the development of the accounting organization
