Beschreibung

• Provide leadership and co-ordination for EIT Health’s engagement with EIT Health members and EU Member State ecosystems within the Central region • Develop and maintain strong overview of the region’s health innovation landscape • Identify, analyse and report regional opportunities and challenges • Ensure that health innovation mechanisms, priorities and support within the region are understood and incorporated in EIT Health planning and programme offerings • Enable collaboration between EIT Health and regional members and ecosystem elements • Identify and negotiate opportunities for improved EIT Health participation within regionally led activities • Act as senior EIT Health representative in the region, providing leadership and line management for allocated team members • Identify and report relevant regional impact for dissemination through EIT Health communication mechanisms

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8–10+ years management experience. • Proven experience managing stakeholders at a senior level. • Demonstrated extended network of contacts within health innovation ecosystem. • Proven experience of Business Development / Membership Recruitment and Key Account management, ideally in a membership organisation. • Strong understanding and experience of at least one relevant member state health innovation ecosystem, preferably Germany, Austria or Netherlands. • Knowledge about public funding opportunities at regional and EU levels. • Strong understanding of the innovation process in health. • Ability to identify and activate synergies and opportunities aligned to EIT Health’s needs.
