Beschreibung

• Own Core Platform and specific AI CRM features • Work on Data Sources, Field Management, and structured data layer • Improve Automation & Workflow: Develop workflows/rules and journeys • Build Insights & Reporting tools that support various use cases • Enhance Integrations Ecosystem: Develop webhooks, APIs, and native connectors • Contribute to Marketing & Source Data features for student engagement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in product management or have been doing the work of a PM without the title • Data/Platform Expert: Experience with CRM, data or platform products • You understand data modeling, ETL/ELT patterns, rules/workflow engines, API design, and webhook reliability • Technical Credibility: Ability to read an API spec, write a SQL query, and have informed opinions on REST vs. webhooks vs. event streaming • Systems Thinker: Understand how changes in data model or automation affect downstream features • Customer-Obsessed: Enjoy talking to enrollment operations teams, registrars, and data teams • Clear Communicator: Ability to write well and present confidently • Background in EdTech or higher education SIS and CRM ecosystems is a plus • Familiarity with iPaaS platforms or workflow automation tools is a plus
