Beschreibung

• Build a repeatable field marketing program mix that creates net new pipeline quarter over quarter • Develop and execute the North America field plan for two to three industries • Manage territory and account strategy, budgets, execution, and attribution • Partner with Enterprise and Strategic account executives on named account lists • Design executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, roundtables, customer advisory sessions, and account-based programs • Create vertical narratives, invitation copy, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences with Product Marketing • Manage event budgets and timelines • Report pipeline created and cost per opportunity • Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Dream Data • Recommend programs to scale or retire • Follow up with participants alongside GTM and growth teams • Partner with Paid Media and Demand Generation to amplify programs • Own end-to-end execution with support from the North America events team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing • Demonstrated track record of building programs that directly influenced pipeline and closed revenue • Deep experience marketing into at least two of: healthcare, financial services, telco, retail and e-commerce • Track record reaching enterprise buying committees on six- and seven-figure deals • Fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution • Experience partnering with GTM and challenging account executives when appropriate • Comfortable running executive dinners, speaking at events, and partnering with C-level stakeholders • Budget and calendar discipline under tight deadlines • Willingness to travel roughly one-third of the time across North America • AI-first working style and passion for ElevenLabs technology • Bias toward shipping
