Beschreibung

• Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies and officials across France, focusing on AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and/or digital rights • Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil society groups • Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company • Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events • Support internal policy development by Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams • Provide strategic counsel to company leadership on regional policy trends and business implications • Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products and services with the GTM team • Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years’ experience in public and private sector policy roles, in-house or firm, focused on AI and technology • Strong knowledge of the regional AI policy landscape • Knowledge of AI governance, safety, copyright, privacy, transparency, data protection, competition, and digital rights • Demonstrated success designing, advocating for, and influencing policy outcomes • Demonstrated coalition-building experience • Public policy experience across France • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English and French • Interest in AI and emerging technologies • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and cross-functionally • Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and make informed decisions quickly • Proactive, solution-oriented approach
