Beschreibung

• Work closely with Security and Operations teams to keep endpoints, offices, networks, and SaaS tools secure • Help employees remain productive with company tools • Own and deliver technical projects across identity, endpoint management, office infrastructure, automation, and compliance • Build scalable IT systems supporting company growth • Support the IT team during rapid headcount growth, global expansion, and new office openings

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong hands-on background in IT Engineering, Technical Operations, or a DevOps-adjacent role • Automation-first mindset • Experience managing enterprise-scale IT systems • Strong knowledge of identity and access management technologies, including SAML, SCIM, and OIDC • Experience with Okta and Google Workspace • Expertise with Mobile Device Management tooling such as Jamf, Kandji, or Fleet • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar • Proven experience automating compliance checks, device configuration, and IT security tasks • Experience managing office network equipment such as Cisco Meraki or Ubiquiti, including office buildouts • Proven ability to maintain compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar standards • Friendly, end-user-focused attitude • Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment • Bonus: experience implementing corporate security controls or prior security role experience • Bonus: hands-on experience with VPNs, firewalls, secure network environments, and Zero Trust networking • Bonus: experience with OSquery and Santa • Bonus: Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code experience • Bonus: open-source contributions • Must provide current country of residence in the application
