Beschreibung

• Manage and scale multiple product lines in Voice, BPO, and Workforce Management • Report directly to the Head of Engineering • Own the engineering organization building infrastructure for Voice AI Employees, Agent QA, auto-learning pipelines, analytics, and workforce optimization • Architect scalable multi-tenant systems with data residency, isolation, and compliance requirements • Design high-throughput ingestion systems for voice data, call metadata, and operational telemetry • Make architectural decisions on data stores, stream processing, and storage tiers • Champion SOLID principles, clean architecture, code quality, testing, extensibility, and maintainability • Recruit, hire, develop, and manage engineers and engineering managers • Establish engineering standards and code review culture • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, ML/AI, and Go-to-Market teams • Own end-to-end engineering for AgentQA, including real-time voice pipelines, telephony integrations, and voice-to-action workflows • Build Agent QA capabilities for automated call scoring, compliance monitoring, sentiment analysis, and coaching feedback loops • Design auto-learning systems with feedback loops, retraining triggers, and quality regression detection • Deliver voice analytics, performance dashboards, metric reporting, and anomaly detection • Build scalable voice pipelines across geographies while addressing PII, security, and compliance • Build workforce-management capabilities for demand forecasting, shift scheduling, real-time adherence, and capacity planning • Design optimization algorithms for headcount modeling, skill-based routing, and workload balancing • Partner with ML/AI teams on predictive models for call volume, attrition risk, and staffing efficiency

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12+ years of software engineering experience • 4+ years leading engineering teams of 8+ engineers at high-growth startups or top-tier tech companies • Deep expertise in building real-time, data-intensive systems • Strong foundation in relational databases, time-series stores, columnar analytics engines, and caching layers • Experience building quality software using AI-driven tools and workflows • Track record of taking products from 0→1 and iterating rapidly based on customer feedback • Hands-on proficiency with SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patterns • Experience with scalable multi-tenant SaaS platforms, data isolation, geo-distributed deployments, and SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance • Experience building high-volume ingestion systems using event-driven architectures, stream processing such as Kafka or Flink, and batch/real-time hybrid pipelines • Strong product sense in contact center, voice, and workforce domains • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-caliber engineers across multiple disciplines • Experience in voice/telephony systems, WebRTC, SIP, voice-over-IP infrastructure, or contact center platforms is a plus • Background in operations research or optimization is a plus • Experience building analytics platforms is a plus • Prior work on auto-learning or continuous improvement systems is a plus • Experience with AI/ML-powered enterprise products is a plus • Familiarity with WFM or contact center operations is a plus
