Beschreibung

• Promote and support the RIDGID® and Greenlee® product portfolio with end users across electrical, mechanical, utility, plumbing, industrial, and construction markets • Build and maintain relationships with tradespeople, supervisors, safety leaders, purchasing professionals, project teams, and business owners • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational presentations for customers, apprenticeship programs, and industry professionals • Communicate the Faster-Safer-Easier value proposition • Develop and execute plans to increase product specification, adoption, and standardization within assigned territories and key customer accounts • Partner with Product Managers, Territory Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Professional Tool Specialist Leads, and distribution partners on strategic initiatives, qualified leads, and customer opportunities • Document demonstrations, training activities, opportunities, presentations, and expenses using reporting and CRM tools • Identify customer challenges and recommend solutions aligned with customer needs • Share market insights, competitive information, and customer feedback with the broader sales team • Report to the Regional Sales Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with tool applications and strong mechanical aptitude related to electrical, utility, plumbing, or similar tools • Strong preference for experience/knowledge of electrical systems and related tools • High school diploma or GED • Excellent communication skills, including synthesizing large amounts of information into clear and concise messages • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven track record of achieving goals and sales objectives • Strong time and territory management skills • Ability to travel 50% • Reside in the Baltimore, MD area to provide territory coverage • Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver various industrial tools and product inventory for demonstrations and trade shows • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook preferred • CRM application experience is a plus • Experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or other pipe trades preferred • Experience working with distribution channels, particularly industrial, plumbing, and electrical channels preferred • Legally authorized to work in the United States; no current or future sponsorship required
