Beschreibung

• Work with customer and contracted boar studs mainly in North America (USA, Canada). • Monitor performance levels and help establish/respond to performance opportunities targeted by PIC boar stud customers. • Drive efficiency initiatives with key accounts to improve genetic dissemination. • Provide guidance to PIC Owned and Contracted GTC’s, utilizing their QC results and PIC best practices, leading to elevated QA and performance of PIC semen products. • Develop, with other team members, comprehensive plans, technical information and initiatives aimed at creating value with customers through PIC products, technology and /or services. • Support the sales, supply chain and genetic teams with regular technical updates and tailored customer service plans. • Help customers realize the genetic potential of PIC products.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Veterinary or Life Science or a related field with 4+ years of experience; or a Master's degree in the same fields with 2+ years of experience. • Experience managing or consulting Gene Transfer Centers (GTCs). • Proven experience managing a boar stud within the swine industry, including successful project execution and demonstrated competency in basic data analysis. • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Willingness to travel approximately 40% within North America; travel may increase based on business needs. • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. • Spanish language proficiency (preferred).
