Beschreibung

• Define customer requirements and play them back to the customer for agreement • Learn, articulate, configure and design solutions for customer requirements • Own resolution of customer requirements and functional or technical issues • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners and internal teams • Run customer workshops to enable solution implementation • Train project teams and end users on the business solution • Produce requirements, design, configuration, test and cutover documentation • Act as a conduit between customers and Enable teams during implementations and support • Work on multiple implementation and support projects • Provide solution design and triage support to customers • Relate customer requirements to development team members • Quality assure software customisations against agreed customer requirements • Create Business Requirements Documentation, Solution Design, Configuration and Functional Design Documents • Contribute to implementation and triage of proposed solution designs • Drive closure of functional and technical troubleshooting • Support delivery of project and support issue resolutions • Write test scripts and conduct testing • Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational objectives • Undertake additional tasks and ad-hoc projects as requested • Ensure billable work is billed effectively and maximize billable opportunities • Record timesheets daily and submit them weekly • Travel as required, typically up to 20%, occasionally up to 50% or more

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 2 years’ experience in ERP implementations either within the implementing organization or implementation partner • Business Analysis ability to capture business requirements, document them and agree them with the customer • Develop and agree Acceptance Criteria for Solution Designs with Customer • Configuration certification in setting up ERP solutions to meet business requirements • Triages and troubleshoots both implemented designs, and new solution designs quickly and accurately • Demonstrates working knowledge of the Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes • Intermediate understanding of Trade Spend terminology, types of trade spend and business reasons for tracking it • Intermediate understanding of sales/purchase order terminology and how price/discounts are generated • Able to demonstrate understanding of a Profit and Loss Statement • Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting journal entries, T-accounts, accrual and settlements • Good communication and presentational skills • Ability to be clear and concise when presenting ideas and solutions • Experience creating implementation documents such as Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Documents, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts • Experience writing test scripts and testing solutions to meet defined business requirements • Relevant post-secondary qualification in business administration, Information Technology Systems, or ERP Certification • Experience defining requirements and creating solution design • Experience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Manufacturing with an understanding of related business processes • ERP Functional Certifications
