Beschreibung

• Oversees the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of customer facilities, infrastructure, and physical assets to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, operational objectives, and business goals. • Provides strategic oversight of facility maintenance, repair, and capital improvement programs, ensuring investments support long-term asset performance, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes. • Reviews and analyzes facility and asset performance metrics, operating costs, maintenance expenditures, and financial results to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Leads annual planning activities related to facility operations, capital projects, resource allocation, and long-range asset management strategies across multiple customer sites. • Establishes governance, standards, and best practices for asset management, facility operations, maintenance planning, and performance reporting across the portfolio. • Serves as a senior advisor to Asset Managers and customers on complex operational issues, facility-related risks, capital investment priorities, and asset optimization initiatives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor' Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field • A minimum of seven years of related experience is required, including three years of leadership experience in asset management, facilities management, operations and maintenance (O&M), energy infrastructure, property operations, or a related operational environment. • Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices. • Ability to create additional opportunities for business growth through customer management. • Ability to manage profit and losses as well as reporting on quarterly and monthly projections. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
