Beschreibung

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and expense reimbursements • Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments • Generate customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging, and follow up on overdue payments • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and accounting records • Assist in the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations • Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and addressing audit findings • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the accounting function

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles preferred • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with QuickBooks, HubSpot, or Bank of America CashPro a plus • Experience with Amex GBT and Concur Travel & Expense strongly desired
