Beschreibung

• Act as the primary responder for high-priority production incidents during the Australian business day • Work with the core product team to identify recurring support patterns and develop fixes and feature enhancements • Participate in daily handovers with EMEA and US teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations • Foster a collaborative culture by sharing knowledge and performing code reviews • Help grow a local team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or high-level Product Support roles • Proficiency in AWS/GCP • Proficiency in Bazel • Proficiency in gRPC • Proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python • Team-first attitude • Ability to document complex issues for a global, asynchronous audience • Hands-on Bazel experience is required • Ability to work during the Australian business day
