Beschreibung

• Inform and execute Ennoble Care’s strategic partnership growth strategy • Identify priority markets, target operators, and partnership models aligned with service lines and expansion plans • Prospect, open, and close new partnerships with assisted living, home health, health systems, home-based services providers, and others • Support markets in executing local partnership opportunities • Build trusted relationships with operator executives, regional leaders, and executive directors • Position Ennoble Care as a clinical partner that improves patient outcomes and reduces total cost of care • Own the partnership pipeline, manage the sales process, forecast accurately, and report activity, conversion, and growth to leadership • Structure and negotiate partnership terms with legal, compliance, and finance • Develop templates and reusable partnership infrastructure for each vertical • Represent Ennoble Care at industry associations and conferences to build visibility and generate opportunities • Define and report KPIs such as new partnerships signed, potential value addressable, and diversification into new verticals • Work closely with market-level clinical operators to identify, nurture, and close strategic partner opportunities • Start as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build a team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in healthcare sales or business development • Proven record of building partnerships with assisted living, skilled nursing, or other senior living and post-acute organizations • Bachelor’s degree required • MBA or healthcare administration degree a plus • Track record of opening new markets and closing multi-site partnerships, consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets • Established relationships with senior living and post-acute operators • Strong understanding of clinical, operational, and financial priorities of senior living and post-acute operators • Familiarity with home-based primary care, palliative care, hospice, and value-based care models • Familiarity with healthcare partnership regulations, including Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law • Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot • Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver with agility and speed • Candidates must disclose any current or future need for employment-based immigration sponsorship before an offer is extended
