Beschreibung

• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 active client accounts. • Lead recurring client meetings and provide timely follow-up communication. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. • Manage client expectations, priorities, timelines, and project delivery. • Build trusted, long-term client relationships. • Own projects from planning through final delivery using ClickUp or a similar platform. • Coordinate internal teams, assign priorities, and monitor workloads. • Keep projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues. • Develop and support SEO strategies and long-term growth plans. • Review website performance, analytics, campaign results, reports, content, audits, and client deliverables. • Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities. • Support website launches and digital marketing initiatives. • Coordinate remote delivery teams and monitor capacity, workloads, and priorities. • Support onboarding of new team members. • Prepare operational updates and communicate project status to leadership. • Improve internal processes, delivery efficiency, and scalable workflows. • Drive measurable SEO and digital marketing performance for clients.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6–12+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 5 years within a marketing or digital agency • Proven experience independently managing multiple client accounts • Strong knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, Google Search Console, and reporting • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects using ClickUp or similar project management platforms • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills • Outstanding written and verbal English communication at C1/C2 level • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail • Preferred: experience overseeing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns • Preferred: familiarity with WordPress and website staging environments • Preferred: experience supporting U.S. or international clients in construction, home services, or real estate • Preferred: experience using Toggl or similar time-tracking platforms • Preferred: experience leading cross-functional remote teams
