Beschreibung

• Responsible for the on-label promotion and execution of sales strategies for approved Esperion products to targeted customers • Achieve individual territory sales goals as approved by Esperion Commercial Leadership • Review performance metrics with RSM to ensure territory is achieving maximum sales results • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customers in the assigned geography • Effectively promote and educate Health Care Providers (HCPs) on the use of Esperion products through one-on-one meetings, virtual engagements, and company-approved programs • Analyze local market trends, develop, execute and monitor performance and results to maximize appropriate use of Esperion products • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, completing all required compliance training • Establish and maintain effective communications among Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Territory Managers (TMs)

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred degree in sciences (eg. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Kinesiology, Pre-med, other STEM background) • 1 - 3 years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience; or equivalent education and experience • Experience calling on or working with Healthcare Professionals preferred but not required • Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% including overnight stays for territory business and occasional Regional and National Sales Meetings • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record that meets Esperion employment standards • Documented track record of consistent high performance in sales, academics, athletics, or other similar endeavors • Ability to embrace a performance driven and growth culture • Passionate about the mission and reputation of the Company • Demonstrated excellent presentation and communication skills • Ability to influence and work successfully with varied audiences, including customers, colleagues, scientific and technical leaders • Strong interpersonal and selling skills
