Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies for healthcare and medical software applications • Create and maintain test cases, exploratory testing approaches, regression testing suites, and risk-based testing strategies • Build, maintain, and improve automated tests where they provide meaningful value • Perform manual and exploratory testing when human judgment, investigation, or domain understanding is needed • Validate front-end and back-end functionality, REST APIs, workflows, integrations, business rules, database interactions, and data integrity • Write clear defect reports, document risks, and communicate findings in a way that helps the team make good decisions • Work within Estenda’s ISO 13485 registered Quality Management System, documentation standards, and applicable regulatory expectations • Use approved AI tools where appropriate to support productivity, test design, documentation, analysis, and testing efficiency • Continue developing your technical, healthcare-domain, regulatory, and quality engineering skills

🎯 Anforderungen

• A 4-year degree in a technical field, preferably Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline • 7-8 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or similar role • Strong knowledge of software quality practices, including test planning, test case design, defect management, traceability, test metrics, and risk-based testing • Experience testing web applications, APIs, front-end and back-end functionality, integrations, workflows, business rules, and data-driven scenarios • Experience with tools such as Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools • Experience building and maintaining automated tests using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar frameworks • Ability to understand relational databases, ER diagrams, data workflows, and table relationships • Ability to write SQL queries to validate data accuracy and integrity • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills • An organized, accountable, flexible, and collaborative working style • Interest in healthcare technology and in building software that performs well in real world environments
