Beschreibung

• Lead execution of G2 Risk Solutions’ Bankruptcy Risk Solutions strategy and roadmap across the Americas • Define product vision, prioritize customer and market needs, and deliver solutions that drive adoption, performance, and growth • Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap execution, and long-term vision for the BRS product portfolio • Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps, requirements, and execution plans • Apply AI-first thinking in product development and personal workflows • Partner with Sales, Client Success, enterprise customers, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, marketing, and executive leadership • Conduct market, competitive, and customer research • Lead customer discovery and validate solutions and emerging market needs • Build data-driven products and analytical capabilities • Define features, write user stories, and manage product backlogs in Jira • Monitor product KPIs, customer outcomes, and performance metrics • Support platform modernization and customer migration efforts • Support commercialization through pricing, packaging, placement, messaging, collateral, training, and onboarding materials • Guide development, ensure delivery milestones, and remove product lifecycle roadblocks • Engage key customers to understand use cases, gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and ensure product-market fit • Champion data-driven prioritization, experimentation, and product decisions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise SaaS environments • Experience building customer-facing products for external enterprise clients, not solely internal tools • Experience in startup/high growth environments • Experience supporting complex enterprise customers and partnering directly with GTM teams • Experience working in strong product-led organizations with high product management rigor • End-to-end ownership of a product domain, including strategy, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration • Strong experience building data-driven products • Algorithmic or machine learning experience is a plus • Demonstrated use of modern AI tools to improve personal productivity and product execution • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Willingness and ability to travel up to 6 times per year
