Beschreibung

• Provide administrative and project support to the recruiting team • Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors • Help create and facilitate offer letters while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy • Initiate and facilitate background checks through completion • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance • Create job postings, generate reports, and manage candidate communications • Lead and manage multiple recruitment projects from initiation to completion • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance talent acquisition efficiency and effectiveness • Partner with recruiters and people leaders to coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience • Source and manage external talent and talent communities as needed • Ensure proper process and documentation throughout the hiring process • Lead and participate in talent acquisition continuous improvement projects • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition supporting hiring • Previous project manager experience • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook • Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field preferred • Previous experience with ATS, background vendors, and/or CRM preferred • Experience using an ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, talent communities, communications, and data insights preferred • Project management experience in pharmaceutical/life sciences preferred • Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday • Travel less than 5%
