Beschreibung

• Serve as product lead across Evolent’s Cardiology, Musculoskeletal, and Imaging solutions • Drive product and growth strategy and identify and execute emerging innovation opportunities • Shape, refine, and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for specialty solutions • Translate strategy into execution by evaluating opportunities, defining priorities, and guiding decision-making across the performance portfolio • Support new growth and cross-sell opportunities through customer conversations, product collateral, pricing, and deal structure • Develop new products and product enhancements to expand revenue opportunities • Lead new product initiatives, including post-go-live tracking, to realize strategic and financial goals • Collaborate with clinical, operational, analytics, product, and client-facing teams • Remove barriers and accelerate product improvements • Develop materials communicating progress, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders • Report to the General Manager – Cardiology, Musculoskeletal, and Imaging

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree • 6-8+ years of healthcare management and/or healthcare consulting experience • Proven track record of delivering measurable value • Experience working with health plans, integrated delivery systems and/or outpatient practices • Experience designing or leading new programs preferred • Experience designing and scaling complex health care programs across clients, markets, or populations • Background with value-based care payor or provider organizations • Experience with specialty care management is a plus • Experience developing business cases, impact measurement approaches, and financial or ROI models for clinical programs • Experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to drive decisions and strategy implementation • Ability to generate insights from complex data and articulate new analytics needs • Ability to present complex concepts to external partners, internal executives, and operational leaders • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills • Outstanding written and oral presentation skills • M.B.A. or equivalent graduate degree preferred • Ability to effectively engage with and influence staff across departments without direct reporting control • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, iterative environment • Government-issued photo ID submission and identity verification during interviews • Comprehensive background check • In-person I-9 verification • May be subject to drug screening • High-speed internet over 10 Mbps at home
