Beschreibung

• Build and enhance enterprise SaaS applications across EvolutionIQ and CCC products, spending the majority of your time writing production code. • Modernize existing systems by working through complex legacy platforms while contributing to new product development and scalable backend services. • Leverage AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools to accelerate development, improve engineering productivity, and rapidly prototype new ideas. • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable, intuitive applications while contributing to technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of engineering experience, with a track record of delivering features end-to-end by partnering with Product, defining scope, designing data models, implementing solutions, and maintaining them in production. • Strong hands-on experience with Python, plus experience building applications with TypeScript and/or JavaScript. • Experience designing scalable backend systems, including multi-tenant, multi-user architectures, with strong relational database design skills. • Comfortable using AI-assisted and agentic engineering tools as part of your daily development workflow and able to move between rapid prototyping and production development. • Experience writing technical design documents, participating in code reviews, and contributing to high engineering standards and best practices. • Ability to understand customer business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and clearly communicate business impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A collaborative, solutions-oriented engineer with excellent communication skills, strong ownership, curiosity, and the ability to work effectively across EvolutionIQ and CCC engineering teams.
