Beschreibung

• Handle the annual legal administration of commercial and civil companies in accordance with applicable schedules • Carry out exceptional corporate legal transactions, including registered office transfers, changes of directors or officers, share transfers, commercial leases, and similar matters • Complete the statutory filings associated with annual and exceptional corporate legal transactions • Manage client relationships for assigned matters in collaboration with the partner Chartered Accountant • Actively contribute to the advisory services provided to business owners by the Auch, Fleurance, and Eauze offices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in corporate law • At least 3 years of experience, ideally gained within an accounting firm • Proficiency in LEXIS POLYACTE • Proficiency in Office 365 • Experience using an internal document management system (DMS) • Experience using a Certigreffe digital certificate key • Curious, organized, and methodical • Strong communication skills, with well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
