Beschreibung

• Own and execute the marketing plan across Execo's full portfolio of services • Develop a coherent market narrative connecting data foundation, implementation, and managed operations services • Deliver a portfolio-wide plan approved by leadership within the first 90 days • Take over and improve the existing account-based marketing program within 60–90 days • Run at least one self-originated ABM play in the first quarter • Report account-level engagement and pipeline, including expansion and cross-sell • Grow qualified inbound through positioning, craft, search visibility, and earned distribution • Build and run end-to-end HubSpot campaigns, including landing pages, forms, workflows, email, lists, and reporting • Reduce cost per opportunity without additional spend • Lead refinement of Execo's brand, messaging, voice, proof, category positioning, and visual identity • Set editorial direction and point of view for the thought leadership program • Manage and develop the Marketing Manager and improve published content quality • Partner with sales and delivery teams to align marketing with delivery capabilities and sales needs • Build documented plays, systems, and reporting that enable a durable marketing function • Deliver against pipeline targets established with the manager at month three

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience owning B2B marketing for a complex, considered-purchase service or product sold to enterprise buyers in Western markets • Experience with sales cycles measured in months and multi-person buying groups • Demonstrated results driven by positioning and craft rather than media spend • Experience designing and running account based marketing plays independently • Ability to execute independently in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaigns, landing pages, forms, workflows, and email • Strong writing skills • Daily use of AI in professional work, with ability to demonstrate how it is used • Ability to contribute original marketing ideas and point of view • Curiosity and ability to understand contract data, CLM, and legal operations well enough to communicate credibly with specialists • Experience managing and developing at least one person • Experience marketing complex offerings, such as a portfolio of services, distributed delivery model, or difficult-to-explain category
