Beschreibung

• Develop, maintain and evolve backend services using Java; • Help build, evolve and integrate AI agents into existing backend systems; • Collaborate in the development of services and APIs that support intelligent agents, ensuring scalability and reliability; • Use generative AI tools, such as Cursor and/or Claude Opus, to: • Accelerate code development; • Support refactoring and continuous improvement; • Assist in legacy code analysis and reverse engineering; • Support writing and reviewing tests and technical documentation; • Contribute to the design, evolution and maintenance of software architecture, including AI-related solutions; • Implement best development practices, market-standard patterns and principles such as Clean Code, SOLID and Design Patterns; • Ensure code quality through technical reviews, automated tests and the use of supporting tools; • Work collaboratively with Product, Architecture, DevOps and other areas to align technical solutions with business objectives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong experience in backend development with Java; • Experience developing REST and/or GraphQL APIs; • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines; • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; • Experience with Cloud Computing, especially AWS; • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); • Practical experience or familiarity using AI tools to support development, such as Cursor, Claude Opus, Copilot, or similar; • Interest or experience collaborating on building AI agents and intelligent solutions integrated with the backend.
